Cask at The New Oxford, Manchester. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as lighter notes of butter and straw. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of butter, leading to a dry buttery finish.

Cask @ The New Oxford, Salford, Manchester M3. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor with some nice hoppy citrus hints. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter finish with some hints of citrus in the aftertaste.

Cask (handpump) @ The New Oxford, 11 Bexley Sq, Salford, Manchester England M3 6DB.Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, orange, toffee notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20090121]
