Cask @ The New Oxford, Salford, Manchester M3. Pours a clear reddish brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty slightly roasted caramel aroma. Roasted malty caramel and toffee flavor with some hints of chocoalte. Has a roasted malty caramel and toffee finish.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, toffee notes, butterscotch light notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration.
