Brewed to be dry and hop forward, our Rose Brut IPA was brewed using Pilsner and Wheat malts and mashed at low temperature to make the final beer as dry as possible. The red hue is created by the generous amount of hibiscus that was added near the end of the kettle boil. This beer was then dry hopped 3 times using Zythos and Huell Melon hops during active fermentation. The resulting beer pours a brilliantly clear with delicate lacing and high carbonation. There are aromas of strawberries, pineapple, and tropical fruits making this a very refreshing beer for any occasion.
