La nostra Castana ha riposato per dodici mesi in botti di rovere, che le hanno regalato note legnose e torbate. Servire a 8 - 10 °C. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d’orzo, miele di castagno, luppolo, lievito.

L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è discreta. Il gusto al naso rimanda a percezioni di luppolo. Il cappello è di schiuma compatta, cremosa e aderente, con bollicine fini e carbonazione media. Il perlage ha bollicine fini a carbonazione media, persistente ed insistita. La consistenza del liquido è opalescente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile. L’amaro è medio. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è lungo e complesso. Il retrogusto è intenso. L’aroma in bocca riporta sentori di miele, pane tostato, fiori e torbato. Si sente che il legno ha lavorato.
