Birra al Sorgo. Birra cruda contadina non filtrata, non pastorizzata, leggera, fresca, dolce, ad alta fermentazione. Fragrante e molto dolce, con poca schiuma. Prediletta dal pubblico femminile, anche grazie al delicato dolce aroma. La presenza di fondo indica la naturale presenza di lieviti. Temperatura di servizio 6° C. 13° Plato. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d’orzo, sorgo, luppolo, lievito.
Sorghum beer. Farmer Beer raw unfiltered, unpasteurized, light, fresh, sweet, high fermentation. Fragrant and very sweet, with a low foaming. Favored by women, thanks also to the delicate sweet aroma. The presence of natural bottom indicates the presence of yeasts. Serving temperature 6 ° C. 13 ° Plato. Ingredients: water, malted barley, sorghum, hops, yeast.
