Good beige head over red beer with a brownish sheen. Warm-malty nose, with melanoidins and spices emerging; citrus as orangepeel and obviously coriander. Woody-bitterish beer with sweetish, but serious maltunderbuild. In the finish, and mounting with temperature, coriander, at the edge of acceptable. Light sourish touch lending some balance. Medium to well-bodied, rather spritzy, yet velvety feel. Oh well. Except for the coriander overload...

Amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of dark fruits, winegum and spice. Rich and sweet flavour of dried fruits and spice, balanced by a firm hoppy bitterness. For a spiced and sweet Christmas ale, this is well balanced.

Bottle. Poured a hazy dark beige with a lighter beige head that laced well. Aroma was full of spices, nutmeg and cinnamon the most present, as well as some dark sweet malts. Flavor was a bit more malty with sweet notes and the spices underlying that.
