Appearance: Foggy pale gold with a moderate white frothy head of medium retention. Aroma: Pale malt, crackers, fruty yeast, grass, hay. Taste: Light sweet & bitter. Pale malt, crackers, grass, hay, fruity hints. Mouth feel: Light to medium body. Average carbonation. Summary: Don't let you be irritated by the name. When you know it's actually not a Pilsner everything seems to be a bit different.
