Appearance: Clear pale yellow with a small white frothy head of low retention. Aroma and taste: Apple skin & flesh, soaked apples, somewhat vinous. Light plus sweet, pleasantly tart at ending. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, lively carbonation. Summary: Pretty drinkable.
