500ml can shared at Finn’s in Tromsø. Very nice appearance with a frothy and bubbly, off-white head over a deep, ruby brown body. Smell of roasted malt. Roasted grain in flavour with a flash of caramel. Moderate sweetness. Medium palate (21.10.2008).

500ml Can - Dark brown with red tinges and a foamy lively head. Malty aroma with cereals and some sweetness. Thin to taste at first, some roasted malts a mild bitterness and coffee then feature. The aftertaste is drinkable but has a strange twang to it. Nothing special but not bad.

Very dark beer with medium blond head. Aroma is slightly roasted and metallic. Flavour is roasted and dry. This needs more "kick" into body because now it is too light and water-like. I would like to give more points to my old korppi-friend, but I cannot do that... I’m sad.

[At RBESG 2006] An amber beer with a thin disappearing tan head. The aroma is quite light, what is there is sweet with notes of malt. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of caramel. Quite boring, though nothing wrong.
