Hazy IPA with Australian Galaxy, in addition to Michigan grown Chinook and El Dorado. What With the Hops and Such features our house pilsner malt from Mountain Malt in Idaho in addition to a large amount of Belgian wheat which gives this a beer a smooth, delicate texture. This provides an excellent backdrop for our Australian Galaxy plus Michigan grown Chinook and El Dorado to shine. The result is a slightly drier than usual hazy IPA with resinous notes of passion fruit, citrus, and pineapple.
