The weather is turning, we’re ready for a fresh start and we’ve got some really exciting things planned for the brewery this year! We channeled that energy into this new recipe. Light and fresh at 6.3% ABV, this beer features a boatload of Nelson Sauvin hops paired with Hallertau Blanc, Citra and Azacca. Whirlpool hopped to 35 IBU, then double dry hopped, it clears 4 pounds per bbl in total. We get a nose of grapefruit, honeydew melon, honeysuckle, and lime, while flavors of gooseberry, citrus, and lemongrass hit on the palate. A base consisting of malted wheat and oats keeps the mouthfeel soft and light. Celebrate better times ahead with us!
