Our first use of bourbon and oak. This base Amber Ale was aged on bourbon oak for a few weeks to lend a subtle but noticeable bourbon and oak finish.

Caramel nose, not strong. Relatively clear amber, medium head. Cow tails candy, oak, very subtle bourbon. Medium body, easy carbonation. Dry barrel, mild base beer, pretty poundable.
