Our collaboration with our Miami family that certainly illustrates the diversity of the word. This dry Irish stout is served on nitro. A thick tan head appears as the beer settles. Bursting with notes of coffee, chocolate and a unique roasted flavor. F___!, F___ing! F___ed!

16oz can pours a murky brown, nearing opaque with some grey head. Nose has malt, cocoa, some cinnamon, brown bread. Flavors follow. Nicely made. Oats. Baking spices. Doesn't finish dry but it's not sweet either. Well balanced.

Draft pour, almost black. Chalky campfire aroma. Very silky and smooth with notes of chocolate malt, burnt brown bread and toasted campfire marshmallow.
