Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, berry, sugar, moderate to light heavy spicy, pudding. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long to average duration, has some anis in the finish. Body is medium, texture is oily - sticky, carbonation is flat. [20081227]
