Appearance: Foggy dark copper with a small off-white head. Aroma: Caramel, candied citrus, raisins, dried dates and figs, spicy notes from buckwheat, a vinous touch. Taste: Light to medium sweet, light bitter. Caramel, candied citrus, raisins, dried dates and figs, spicy notes from buckwheat, pine needles, warming alcohol. Mouth feel: Full body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: A nice and complex slow sipper.
