В основе напитка использовано три вида солода, а пряный кориандр и цитрусовая цедра наделяют напиток утонченным, изящным, освежающим весенним букетом. Лучше всего этот эль сочетается с блюдами из рыбы, а также морепродуктами.

Appearance: Cloudy gold with a large white frothy head of good retention. Aroma: Wheat bread, coriander, clove, less citrus fruit and banana. Taste: Light sweet and bitter. Wheat bread, coriander, clove, hop, distant citrus fruit and banana. Mouth feel: Medium body, average carbonation. Overall: Nothing critical. OK. Just a bit more phenolic than I wish it were.
