(On tap at Bryden’s, Jan 11 2014) Pours a lightly hazed medium orange, inch of frothy white head with lots of lace. Aroma punchy tropical fruit, some orange rind, slightly grass and grape, caramel malts. Flavour has sticky citrus and tropical fruit to begin with, a little more herbal and resinous in the middle, good malt backbone of caramel malts. Finish has a decently strong leafy/resinous bitterness and lingering fruit. Body and carb moderate. Another tasty Great Lakes IPA, with a good mix of fruit and resin.
