Because we think it’s yummy! Brewed for the KISW FM program of the same name, this is a quaffable, sessionable ale with a light body and a dry, refreshing finish. Brewed with pale, munich, cara-hell, and wheat malt, bittered with german northern brewer hops, finished with crystal and saaz.

Bottle from the Red Squirrel. Appearance - amber but redder with a nice creamy head. Nose - dried orange and cake mixture. Dark bread background thing. Taste - rye bread with orange segments and perhaps a bit of honey. Palate - medium bodied with a big crunchy texture that reminds me of a rye ale. Overall - a well balanced red ale. I’d say this is in rhe wrong category and should possibly be somewhere between an amber and an Irish red ale.
