Hypnopompa is our imperial stout brewed with almost 100 kilos of marshmallows and Tahitian vanilla beans (the size of cigars).
Low carbonation and boiled a bit extra for good measure, this is a beer strictly for the stout inclined.
Drink now or age for many years.
Bourbon barrel aged edition comes with a gold cap.
Cognac (Grönstedts) barrel aged edition comes with a green sticker.

Min siste plankestabel på aldri så lenge hos Brewer's Inc, 29.11.18: smaksprøve - brunsvart med fint skum som varer. Parallellsmaking med To Øl Julemælk Rum Edition (som ble vinneren). Denne var for skarp i kantene, og marshmallows merket jeg lite til.

Draft at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours pitch black with a massive head of cappuccino foam, very fine. Aroma ora derivate of roasted barley, coffee (can smell that from whatever distance), vanilla, dried figs. Body is amazing: it's creamy, velvety, it just food your mouth with pleasure. Practically no carbonation. Taste has good initial sweetness, and some final bitterness from the roasty feeling. Finish is long, roasty and slightly bitter.

Smell of chocolate, coffee, Black colour, dark brown head. Aroma of coffee, salmiakki, tar, oak, vanilla. Bitter. Very viscous texture. Half flat carbon. Awesome as always.

Optisch natürlich mal wieder granatenstark, auch das Flaschendesign entlockt allen Schweden ein jättebra. In der Nase Schoko, im Trunk süffig, gefährlich süffig, cremig, Schoko, Haselnuss, süß wie ein Dessert, unfassbar hohe Drinkability. Hinten Zartbitterschokolade, da willste gleich noch nen Schluck und ratz fatz haste einen sitzen und versucht herauszufinden, was die Flasche da die ganze Zeit anvisiert (das wird irgendwann echt unheimlich). So unheimlich wie die Wertung, alle Daumen hoch und alle Lichter aus, geiles Teil. Und jetzt guck nich so...
