Hypnopompa is our imperial stout brewed with almost 100 kilos of marshmallows and Tahitian vanilla beans (the size of cigars).
Low carbonation and boiled a bit extra for good measure, this is a beer strictly for the stout inclined.
Drink now or age for many years.
Bourbon barrel aged edition comes with a gold cap.
Cognac (Grönstedts) barrel aged edition comes with a green sticker.

Shared 33cl bottle. Pours almost black with a tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee. Taste is roasted malt, vanilla, chocolate, coffee, with possibly a smidgen of marshmallow. Full body. Finish has a burnt character with some sweetness following.

On tap at Borefts Beer Festival, 2016. Pours black with small brownish head. Roasted malts, chocolate, lots of vanilla, cocoa, marshmallows. Sweet with dry bitter finish. Full bodied, oily, soft carbonation. Nice, though bit rough around the edges.

23/12/2016 12,5cl glass @ Brussels Beer Project. Dark brown with beige/brown head. Lots of coffee but moderate bitterness, some vanilla but not much. Nice MF. Softbitter coffee ending.

330ml bottle @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours pitch black, thin tan head. Aroma throws out some chocolate and a light sweetness. Taste is oily and rich with some nice chocolate and coffee hints. Some sweetness emerging as it warms, but marshmallow flavours seemed lacking, as did vanilla. Still, a lovely stout.

Bottled. Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is black cold coffee, some rather sweet marshmallowy notes and some wine gums. Flavour is coffee, some roasted notes, vanilla and some sweet winegum like stuff as well as some hermesetas kind of sweetness. Coffeeish and some sweetish toffee/vanilla in finish.

Fat hos Nathalie Dahlqvist. Doftar Nathalie. Smakar först lite sött i munnen sen kaffe och sen kommer fan massor med milkshake. Millkshake som smakar choklad åh kaffe. Eftersmak besk åh kaffe.

On tap at Borefts ’16. Black colour, beige-brown head. Aroma of mainly lots of coffee, don’t get much of the promised vanilla and marshmallows. Flavour follows, lots of coffee grounds, roasted malts, some vanilla, caramel, sweet, coffee bitter finish. Medium bodied.
