Bottle from Saucy Pears. Appearance - cloudy brown to black. A thin head. Nose - pine and biscuits. Taste - dry biscuits and toffee. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a fairly astringent finish. Overall - a bit challenging though nice nose.

On gravity at the Kingsdown Vaults, Bristol 11/8/2013. Deep amber with a slight, off-white head. Hedgerow fruits, a touch of caramel and decent, bitter finish. Fine.
