Olutpaja's Pajan IPA is an experimental IPA served only on tap. We play around with different malts, hops and hopping methods. Pajan IPA 6 is hopped with Chinook, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Ekuanot.

Tap at Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some pine, hops and malts. Actually pretty good.

(Keg at William K Kurvi, 20180911) The beer poured amber and clear lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, tangerine and peach. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, peach, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A well done clean hoppy brew.
