Winter version of Sezoens Blond in 2008. Thick, sticky, off-white head, warm golden blond colour. Aroma of wheat, green apple, corn, white pepper, grassy hops and some DMS (cooked cabbage). Light pale malty taste, light sourish wheat, vague honeyish sweetness, dry grassy bitterish finish. Quite okay but I expected more.

Wässriger Antrunk in Richtung eines Golbieres, sehr wenig gewürzig und getreidig-süß. Kurz angenehm herb, dan erneut wässrig und auch plörrig. Muffiger Abgang. 8/6/7/6/10/6

-1 point for the clear PLASTIC bottle! Virtually no head over old-golden beer, totally clear. Corn, cornflakes, sweet, cornsyrup, some honey, some dishwater. More corn in the taste; sweet, German-tasting malts, ends on a spritzy, herbal, liquorice note. Bit fizzy, medium bodied at best. The finish is nice, intriguing, reviving. But it cannot save completely an otherwise mediocre beer.
