English-Style Mild Ale Step back in time with Barnyard Mild, our take on a classic English-style pub ale brewed for true sessionability. This traditional mild pours a deep chestnut hue, crowned with an inviting, creamy, khaki-colored foam. Crafted with a base of premium English Maris Otter barley along with a variety of specialty malts, it offers rich layers of toasty bread crust, subtle caramel, and a hint of nuttiness. A delicate touch of East Kent Goldings hops provides soft floral notes and a whisper of earthy spice, perfectly balancing the malt-forward profile. With a light-medium body and smooth finish, Barnyard Mild is a humble yet flavorful pint that captures the rustic charm of both English taverns and our farmhouse roots. Low in ABV but high in character, it’s the perfect companion for a leisurely afternoon or an evening of good company. We get notes of golden browned toast, roasted chestnuts, lavender, caramel toffee brittle, thyme, and flaky biscuit lightly drizzled with honey and plum preserves.
