Showcasing one of our favorite hops, Nelson Sauvin!! The hops for this beer came from the awesome people at Hop Revolution in NZ. We layered these hops on a super lean and clean base of Canadian grown Pilsner malt. The result is everything you love about Nelson! It has big aromas of tropical fruit, berry, and a little earthy and herbal qualities. Once you get it in your mouth, the punchy Nelson really shines with flavors of passionfruit, lime, gooseberry, and light peach and sticky dank qualities.
