Madame Hash, the namesake mystic, thinker, and occultist leader, claimed to do her best thinking while smoking hashish. We believe our best ideas spring from a session with a hoppy beverage. Since hops and cannabis share a lineage, we think Madame Hash herself would enjoy this funky, dank, and catty creation from our Barrel Dungeon.

Capped 500 from Corti Bros. Pours hazy orange tinged gold with a nice creamy white head that persisted. Aroma is hoppy - a lot of citrus and a touch of funk. Med plus body. Lightly sour; hoppy; nice level of bitterness. There's a deal of funk, and I think it's mostly Brett and certainly not pedio. A very nice flavor.

Draft. Slightly hazy amber beer with an off-white head. Tart and grapefruit aroma. Light sour and grapefruit flavor with light spice. Medium bodied. Light sourness and grapefruit linger with light spice and light yeast.
