Showcasing the new UK-grown hop variety Mystic™ from the Charles Faram Hop Development Programme, this is a hazy, unfined IPA with low bitterness and intense floral hop aromas. Mystic™ are added during the brewing process both as a late hop and in the whirlpool, and then again as a double dry hop during fermentation to give aromas of orange, blueberry and spice. The floral and spicy characteristics are further augmented by the addition of rose petals, cardamon and coriander.

Cask-conditioned at The Maltings, York 27/03/2023. Hazy gold in colour with a tight, white, head. Floral hops, sherbet, tangerine and blueberry fruit, with some green herbs, light malts and cardamon spice, with a dryish and floral finish. Excellent.
