Summit hops karate chop a fruity, hop-forward flavour with a medium bitterness. Crystal malts drop kick a biscuity base. Malted Rye punches in some complexity and body. Will not go down without a fight!

Cask-conditioned at the Robert Fitzharding (JDW), Bedminster, Bristol 10/10/2002 branded now as a Hop Union beer. Deep gold in colour, with a slight, white, head. Leafy hops and stone fruits on the aroma, alongside some slightly spicy malts. Flavour had chewy rye, a hint of caramel and marmalade fruit, before a moderately bitter finish. Good.
