A new, juicy recipe we devised in an Uber while lost in Paris researching beir. A hazy IPA with no bittering hops allowing the abundance of Citra, Amarillo, Azaca and Equinox hops to sing beautifully in hop harmony. A hop bomb of a session IPA, that delivers all the fruity, piney character of a much bigger IPA at a more modest ABV level. Encore Encore.

Cask-conditioned at the Pelican, Gloucester 8/2/2019. Hazy gold with a thin, white, head. Grapefruit and pineapple, grassy hops, pine, dense malts and a dry, hoppy, finish. Fine.
