Cryo hops have always been a mysterious siren to us here at HQ. As a concentrated form of lupulin oil in pellet form, Cryo is specifically geared towards modern breweries such as ourselves who specifically aim toward higher hopping rates in their beers. The drawback of using T-90 pellets on these high hopping rates is more green matter, and by proxy, more wastage. Utilizing 75% Cryo in the dry hop on this beer, Cryo Eyes is a single hop Simcoe showcase, bringing all the usual Polly's juice notes to the party - berry, apricot, passion fruit, and citrus, but with pronounced aromas of pine and woodsy earth. Featuring that yoghurty yellow colour that only Simcoe can create, and all wrapped up in our LA3 blend, this is a certified smasher of a pale ale
