Cask-conditioned at the Swan, York 21/8/2018. Reddish-amber in colour, with a tight, white, head. Sweetish, biscuity beer, that used ginger and caramel well to create a warming, moderately spicy, beer with a lingering finish. A level above most spiced beers.
