This West Coast California Common is a collaboration with Vik and Colin of Lost Cause, who, like us, recently launched their brewery after years in the craft beer industry. Hopped with Pilgrim, Citra, and Centennial, it delivers a crisp, clean bitterness with vibrant citrus and pine notes. A malt backbone provides a subtle sweetness, balancing the refreshing hop character. This brew embodies the passion and expertise of two teams, combining two of our favourite styles, the West Coast IPA and a California Common.
