From a 330ml bottle on 14/10/2018 (shared by Butz, with thanks). Pours a fairly clear golden with a small head. Has quite a strong spicy, yeasty aroma with some fruitiness and brett.Take a sip and there's a fair bit of sweet fruit, including citrus and berries, with a bit more spice, yeast and brett. It's slightly tart and bitter, which provides nice balance to the fruit Slightly syrupy texture and moderate carbonation. Quite complex yet easy to drink for close to 11%. For someone who's not really into farmhouse ales or barrel aged beers, I found this surprisingly enjoyable. Very well done Hawkers.
