Imperial Soft Parade is a gourmet specialty pour that is brewed with toasted rye flakes and two-row malted barley. Loaded with pureed strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, we refer to this fermented potion as a fruit infused rye ale. RBWG14 Trip Rating #126. Bottle shared by deyholla at the Grand Tasting. Pours a hazy burnt orange with a thin frothy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of vegetal notes, stone fruits, tart berries, slight acid. Taste is tart berries, pale caramel malt. Medium bodied.

Bottle @ Århus / Randers newyears tasting at Hansen and Zita. Pours amber with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, rich fruit, sweet and tart, blue- and raspberries. Flavor is heavy malt, rich fruit, blue- and raspberries, abit to sweet, booze. Medium to full, lively carbonation. Very nice at first few sips, but gets rather hard to drink after that. 281212

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are rich berries, malt, fruits and notes of hops. Initially very good, but gets a little too much after a few sips.

Reddish brown colour, white head. Fruity aroma, light sweet, fruit and berries, with strawberry, blueberry, blackberry and raspberry tones very prominent. Fruity sweet flavour, wood, lots of fruit, quite tart. Somewhat astringent mouthfeel, tart finish.
