pale yellow small white head. slightly peppery herbal de garde like aroma. flavor is spicy, peppery, dry, sweet malty, not much hops. sweet grassy herbal brew.

Bottled. A golden beer with a huge very white head. The aroma has notes of smoke, malt, and some caramel. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of caramel and nuts as well as medium notes of smoke and malt, leading to a dry and lightly smoked finish.

Bottle 75cl. @ [ Tasting by Maria ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, cabbage water, cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20081105]
