Draught @ Bryggen, Sydhavnsvej 9, 7700 Thisted, DenmarkClear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, malt acidic - sour. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic, light bitter and sour with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081105]
