In addition to our new hand selected lot of Mosaic, we also layered in Krush (HBC586) along with some concentrated Strata CGX and Columbus Cryo. Echo is super pale and dry with big expressive flavors of danky passionfruit, honeydew melon, berry, ruby red grapefruit, and a sticky pine resin. The bitterness is in check that highlights the dryness of the beer and keeps you coming back for another sip.

Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Dank aroma. Dank and citrus flavor with light tropical fruit. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Dank and citrus linker with light tropical fruit.
