Brewed with Golden Promise, Golden Naked Oats, Oat Malt, Flaked Oats and Chin Malt. Hopped with Columbus for bittering, we used Dynaboost Mosaic in the whirlpool and dryhopped it with Cascade, Idaho 7 and HBC 1019 hops. Fermented with the new LalBrew Pomona, Modern Hybrid IPA Yeast (Contains Gluten).

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6.5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
Small white head, soon reduced to rim over well-carbonated, fully veiled ochre-golden beer. Hops, but also mold, earthy, moss, even a bit rot. Citruspeel. Bitter, chalk, dusty, decaying wood & vegetables, algae. Hopbitterness. Burnt omelette. Well-carbonated, quite slick/oily; medium bodied at best. Not very inviting, in fact. More than a bit weird.
