Aroma is fruity, lightly hoppy, mostly banana but also hints of other fruit from the hops, peach, citrus. Graham cracker, dark bread underneath. A soft touch of phenolic spices. Medium body, smooth texture, some tartness, phenolic bitterness. Bready flavour, hints of fruit, banana and peach. Minimal bitterness. Finishes semi-dry, with a lingering bready and spicy note.
