Bottle, 0.33l @ Festa di Santa Cristina, Gallipoli. Aroma of yeast, dried fruit, dust and grass. Pours hazy amber color with thin quickly diminishing off-white head, floating yeast particles and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel, following is sour fruity, yeasty and medicinal, mouthfeel is spicy and alcoholic, while finish is mild to medium bitter. Medium body, thick texture and average carbonation in palate. Tastier than many Belgians...
