Cask. A hazy light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with light malty notes. The flavor is sweet malty and with a good bitter finish.

Cask at Peterborough Beer Fest. Golden colour. Lychee-like hoppy nose. Medium bodied with soft mouthfeel. Fruity and caramelly with salty bitter finish. Very pleasant hoppy bitter.

Handpump cask at Reading BF 2007. Gold, thin white head. Leafy citrus aroma but a bit thin. It’s an alright, slightly tea flavoured bitter. This was flying out of the door due to the name.
