Oat Cream IPA
When the guys from Cypher brewing offered to make a beer with us we didn't care what it was, the nerds in us just couldn't pass up the chance to make a beer with a brewery that sounded almost as nerdy as us! When they suggested an oat cream IPA we felt a little like Neo coming onboard the Nebuchadnezzar, we new this was a beer style we had never attempted and if we're honest Matt really did open our eyes to "the real world". Take the red pill and smash a few of this crazy hoppy and creamy oat cream IPA! What's really going to bake your noodle is, would you have loved it as much if you didn't know Cypher was involved? Pours a hazy light dirty golden with a small head. Smells lightly fruity with a touch of vanilla in the mix. Tastes sweet and fruity with a moderately bitter finish with a combo of spice and tang. Has a creamy palate and moderate carbonation. A truly smashable and very tasty number.
