Hefiger, etwas süßer Geruch. Vollmunidger Antrunk, alkoholisch, nur leicht hefig. Das Bier ist in Teilen mild, wirkt aber dennoch ausreichend aromatisch, was auch durch den Hopfen erreicht wird. Dieser blüht im Mittelteil auf und ist im Nachgeschmack zusammen mit leichter Herbe führend. Einuntertöniger Gewürzton tut sein Übriges. Minimal brennend. Bottle. A slightly oily, clear golden beer with a minimal head. White sugars and hints of spices in the aroma. The flavor is sweet and fruity, with white sugar, spices and hoppy hints. Full-bodied, with some bitterness to finish it. A quite nice one, but a bit anonymous. Wouldn’t shy away from having more of it though. 100212

Bottle shared by Sean! Poured cloudy orange gold with sediment visible. There was minimal head as well. Aroma was full of sweet grains with some caramel and citrus. The citrus (orange) was more present on the tongue combining with the caramel and sweet grains.

bottle thanks to JCapriotti! Pours murky orange with a medium off white head. Aroma is strong citrus, orange marmalade, some honey. Flavor is smooth honey and spice. Lots of rich orange peel character with some light coriander notes and a floral finish.

Bottle from Styles. Thanks for this retiree. Pours a slightly hazy light copper, with a nice off-white head. Strong citrus/yeast/spice aromas. Near full body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is citrus and wheat. More sweet than not. I’ll buy this one as a Belgian Strong Ale. I’d have said Belgian, if I hadn’t read the description above. It’s really very nice. Sad it will soon be gone.
