But I looked up the web and found out operate for a brief period overcoming months before pulling up stumps for good. Nice to have an unexpected extended farewell. Pours a reasonably clear deep golden with a small head. The nose is mainly ripe stone fruit. The taste is intense up front and quite sweet, with apricot, peach, orange and pear, leading into a sharp resiny bitterness featuring a touch of citrus rind. Presents quite boozy with the 12% not really surprising. The palate is chewy and a bit syrupy, the carbonation average. A somewhat unusual but very satisfying huge IPA.
