We’ve been wanting to make another beer like this for a while, and of course, it had to be with our pals at 450 North Brewing Co in the mighty USA. To our pastry sour base, we’ve added big fat stupid amounts of mango, guava, coconut ice cream, milk sugar, and banana. It’s so good it should be illegal. It might be. We might be on the lam now. Go ahead, blow the whistle on us.

From a 440ml can on 17/12/22024. Pours a milky dirty yellow with a hufe bubbly yellow head. Smells strongly of banana with whiffs of mango. Taste wise, the tangy mango is more dominant, but there's still lots of banana, along with some of the coconut and guava promised on the can. Finishes very tangy and moderately tart. The palate is super thick and creamy, the carbonation softish yet a touch prickly. Really well done.
