Appearance: Clear yellow with a small white fizzy head of low retention. Aroma: Honey, orange peel, juniper. Taste: Medium sweet. Honey, bee wax, orange peel, juniper. Mouth feel: Medium to full body, average carbonation. Overall: Simple. Drinkable.
