Duo is a golden-blonde Trappist beer from Westmalle, with an alcohol content of 7.2%. The beer combines the freshness of the Extra with the fruity body of the Tripel, resulting in a refined balance of hop and fruit aromas. The six different hop varieties lend the beer its distinctive freshness, while the fruity notes provide a soft finish.
The full-bodied, creamy taste and subtle hop bitterness give the beer a rich aftertaste, with a characterful finish that invites another sip.

On tap at the Brugge Beer Festival 2025, Brugge, Belgium. A golden/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Sweetish, yeasty, bready, banana taste/aroma. A pleasant enough Belgian which doesn't compare to the excellent Triple.
Finally found it!! Draft only

On tap @ de Tol.
Clear golden with a white head. Hoppy aroma with some yeasty notes. Sweet taste with a proper bitter dry finish. Great combo of the Extra and the Tripel but I still prefer them seperately.

Smaak is bitterig, licht zoetig. Medium body. Milde bitterheid blijft hangen.

Tap. Unfiltered golden pour, irregular white foam. Nose is lovely, it recalls the triple with some astringency. Mouth: a petit-triple with grapefruit and citrus.
