Appearance: opaque deep brown to black with a moderate beige head of decent retention. Aroma: chocolate cookies, salted roast, cream, apples. Taste: medium sweet. Chocolate bakery, roasted malts, cream. Low to light bitterness. Mouth feel: medium body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: enjoyable.
