Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 3.5
Appearance: cloudy gold with a moderate white frothy head of low to medium retention. Aroma: wheat bread, clove. Taste: light sweet, bready phenolic. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: light to medium body. Lively carbonation. Bottom line: not my kind of Weizen. No banana. Too phenolic.
