Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of straw and a bit of metal. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, as well as light metallic notes of hops, leading to a dry straw finish.

The bottle looks really good, the beer in the glass also. Starts very spicy and wheaty, a bit strong, well balanced finish, still very spicy. A wonderful beer!

Schöne kleine Flasche, wie unten schon beschrieben. Sehr malzig, aber keineswegs süßlich, gute Ausgewogenheit. Vollmundig und würzig. Hat auf jeden Fall einen ganz eigenen Charakter - wunderbar! 07/2006 BTO

Bottle(0.33l) Golden coloured, small white head that quickly diminishes to a small foamy layer; solid grainy (barley)-malty nose with hints of vanilly (!); robust sweet (grainy) flavour, slightly bitter, medium bodied; sweetish-bitter finish with a tinge of vanilla again and citrus-fruity touch in the very end. A hearty, tasty Helles...........

(33cl bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a foamy, slightly off-white medium head. Sweet and strong malty aroma, slightly toasted. Soft sweet flavour, malt-accented taste, that reminds a bit of a pale Bock, medium to light bodied with a smooth carbonation; light bitter, slightly herbal hoppy finish. Pleasant to drink.
